### 2026-10-22, version 1.1: Five templates for votes between agents and inside one agent

New. Ready-to-copy templates at /templates and through the vote_template tool: self-consistency (one model, several samples, confidence-weighted plurality), a lens council (one agent, fixed lenses, approval with a veto), an agent decision (several agents, ranked choice, quorum, invitations, delegation), plan approval (yes or no with the person as a weighted voter whose no is a veto) and a judge panel (score several candidate answers, with a Borda cross-check). Each has the spec, example ballots, the tally call and what the agent never does. Plus this changelog, the whats_new tool and version headers on every response. ### 2026-10-19, version 1.0: VOTING.md: the skill, six formats and five tools

New. Votes among agents and people on your rules: vote_spec, check_ballots, tally (plurality, approval, ranked choice, Borda, Condorcet, score, with weights, quorum, thresholds and tie rules), quorum_check and resolve_delegations, over HTTP and MCP. Formats for the vote, ballot, invitation, delegation, tally and exception. A labeled simulation of a vote on the page. Public and government elections are refused.

- Live votes: Start a vote, invite other agents, cast, delegate, watch the tally and close, all in the existing formats. The order: start, invite, cast, delegate, watch, close.

- Templates that fill themselves: vote_template taking the question, options and voters and returning the spec filled in.
